New clients often ask how many sessions they'll need. The answer depends on your goals, readiness for change, existing support systems, and your current relationship with food. While it’s hard to predict an exact number, we’re here to support you for as long as you find value in our sessions.
After your initial consultation, you have the flexibility to purchase follow-up sessions either individually or in discounted packages. Once you complete a package, you can choose to renew, switch to a different package, or opt for individual sessions based on your evolving needs.

Our work is tailored to your needs, combining ongoing nutrition counseling with hands-on learning and nutrition education. The number of sessions needed varies based on your goals, readiness for change, support systems, and relationship with food. I partner with "That Clean Life" app to offer personalized meal plans and a range of educational resources. You’ll have access to customizable meal plans and a library of courses on nutrition and cooking to use between sessions.
